No, there are no fees for canceling before delivery. But if you cancel after delivery, there will be cancellation fee.

Yes, you can say no or return all or some items during delivery and get a refund for what you return. But delivery charges will be applicable.

We know things wear out, but if something is badly damaged because of negligence, you'll have to pay for it.

At the time of delivery, you need to share:
  • Proof of your current address
  • Proof of your permanent address
  • Bank statement/Salary slip
  • We might ask for more documents following KYC rules

We have products from different brands, and the appliances' brand depends on what's available. Don't worry, everything goes through a check to make sure it's not broken or faulty.
